Le 24 novembre, Osprey publiera un livre dans la série Raid qui raconte la capture le 4 juin 1944 du sous-marin U505 afin de mettre la main sur ses codes et ses messages codés concernant le trafic de la Kriegsmarine a la veille du débarquement. Cette capture épique a failli entraîner la perte du secret entourant le travail des alliés sur la machine Enigma.

On November 24, Osprey will publish a book in the Raid series which counts the capture on June 4, 1944 of the submarine U505 in order to get their hands on its codes and its coded messages concerning the Kriegsmarine traffic on the eve of the Normandy landings. This epic capture nearly resulted in the loss of the secrecy surrounding the work of the allies on the Enigma machine.
