2nd Polish Corps 44/45

Un briefing permet de jouer le second corps polonais en Italie de 1944 à 1945 pour FOW.
Venus remplacer les divisions alliées parties débarquer en France, les polonais doivent prendre le relais sur un front difficile, âprement défendu par les allemands.

Le briefing proposé est intéressant car jouer polonais revient à jouer anglais mais en plus agressif. En plus des soutiens habituels, ils peuvent compter sur l'armée britannique.

Enfin parmi les curiosités, il y a la possibilité de jouer Wojtek, un ours né en Iran, il devient ensuite la mascotte de la 22ième compagnie d'artillerie et porte les munitions en première ligne lors de la quatrième bataille de Cassino. Il finira ses jours au zoo d’Édimbourg.

A briefing allows to play the second Polish Corps in Italy from 1944 till 1945 for FOW.
Come to replace the allied divisions left landing in France, Polish have to relieve on a difficult front, piercingly defended by German.

The proposed briefing is interesting because to play Polish means playing English but in more aggressive. Besides the usual supports, they can count on the British army.

Finally among the curiosities, there is a possibility of playing Wojtek, a bear been born in Iran, it becomes then the mascot of the 22nd company of artillery and carries ammunitions in the front line during the fourth battle of Cassino. He will finish his days in the zoo of Edinburgh.
